and the morning continues....

As you know -we almost missed the bus this morning but there is more to add to the story.  During Maya's library visit - she notices she is bleeding on her chin.  And since Maya is a bandaid-aholic, we needed to find the special small band aids.  These are stored in the laundry room.  Where, a baby was asleep.  (I know this may sound cruel - but we have an extra bed in the laundry room for the unruly child - today it was Mary) Three tip-toe-trips and 5 (yes five) boxes later - I found the right box.  I have no idea how we make it to school each day.

When the babies wake up in the morning - I smile.  They are so kind and happy and talkative.  I put the bottles down for warming and I skip in to sing to them and get them ready for breakfast (imagine snow white singing with the birds and the forest animals)....  I transport them all to the kitchen and we are still singing and happy and they each have now mastered holding the bottle - so they are showing their Independence and good nature.

During this time of happiness - I prepare the morning slop - (oatmeal and some fruit)... and proceed to remove the bottle suction & feed them.  This morning was wonderful - they were happy and eating and then the chanting began....   "DA.. DA...  DA...."   ungrateful little children....  "DA.. DA...  DA..."   Seriously?  Come on guys - where is the mom love?   "DA...  DA..  DA  "    okay then.   I get the picture.    Next thing I know - hell has broken lose - plates are grabbed - spoons are flying.    (no one was injured)....
Some days I have no idea what happened or how we got to where we are.  But thankfully - everyone is now fed - breakfast and lunch - and napping.  I have 2 hours  (ha!  maybe?)

Zoltan OUT.
