Ahhhhh......

As much as I hate to see summer ending - I am so pleased that school has started.  We have a few bored people in our house!!!     And they need to get back to school!
Senior 2012!
 First Grade
So that means our home is quiet today!
Ha!   Funny!  I don't remember quiet!
I also do not remember a kleenex incident as catastrophic as this one.
They all started out so innocent!
So - to the outside we go!    And as we find our way outside - I remember just how much fun it is to be little and explore.  Because when you are little - you don't worry about anything.  Everything is new and adventurous.   All the smells and tastes are interesting.
(yep.  mud pies -notice the pile of mud?)
And what are your sisters doing?
Maya is helping Sammy to make the pies o'mud....
Mary has found a pile of dirt to play in....
Pia is riding in the "hot car"
But Wait!!!!!
There is water in the cozy coupe!!!
Excellent - lets splash!!!!
Big hug to Maya - notice the wet hand print on her butt????
Shit - where did Sammy go???
DUDE!   I mean seriously?
This all happened within a 15 minute span -
and yes, Maya did change clothing.
So - screw it - lets go for a freakin' ride ppl.!
Do you know how dangerous this ride is???
Well - no worries - we only go around the driveway!

So - there you go!
Now that school is back in session -
I think I may be back On-line :)

Love to all.

Memories of when we were outside & the Grandparents were here....

It has been the most  hot & torturous summer known to man!  (doubtful, but it sounded factual?)  Anyway - we have been totally cooped up inside where the air is crisp and clear (synthetic - and not humid).  And finally after several weeks of being stuck inside - we went out again today.

It seems like such an adventure to play in the back yard - but I wanted to bring you some fond memories of when my parents were here.....

Hubbie, trying to show that he has balance and can ride the scooter.
(911 was on hold)
Gram and the babies watching to make sure that dad did not bust his ass ;)
Maya and her obvious talent at the hula hoop.
And then the challenge thrown out to her Grandmother!
Yea - that is my mom!  She is totally awesome - and can still hula hoop at the ripe old age of 29!
(she paid big money for me to say 29!)
Then it was off to the races!!

I love the fact that Maya has to give brother a pep talk.
I am sure it went something like:
"Look dude - you are going down.
You are out numbered and we are just going to make sure you never forget it.
So, if you can't play nice - we will definitely remember!
I have tons of pink nail polish and dresses."
Poor Sammy!

Love you and Miss you a lot Gram and Pupps!
Can't wait for you to return!

Zoltan OUT!

PS:  Since I can't find any picture of Pupps since he is usually the one behind the camera - I have to put in an honorable mention for Cocoa the Monkey!

I scream. You scream. We all scream. For Ice Cream!

It is official.  Yes, my children are normal.  They LOVE Ice Cream.  In fact - it is loved so much - an empty container was pulled from the trash tonight and licked clean!  AUGH....  You see, we have never had to worry about being agile and fast enough to catch a child who wants to eat TRASH!

We have become a bit smarter about ice cream..
You see - it has now moved outside!!!!

Ice Cream Sandwiches for Everyone!!!
One of our ice cream lovers - considers that ice cream sandwiches can also double as "art".

Awwww "screw it!"
"I know there is some ice cream left to lick off the table!"
YES, I do believe it was found & licked off the table.

In closing, I would like to announce that the
best cleaned up triplet award goes to Mary:
Yea - that's how she rolls!

I know it has been a month or so since you have heard from me - but we have been a little busy:

The PU's have been here for a visit! (yes that is the gang and we went to the mall!!!)

Hubbie and I left the country for a few days!   (FREE  - yes, FREE weekend get away)

We had traumatic news that Pia is allergic to Peanuts.

Camp is over for Maya Papaya.  (we have hired her out as a Meijer construction worker).

Paige is about to start her Senior Year of High School  (Class of '12)!

Wow!  So - bear with me!  I am back on-line and will update you with goodies again soon!
